In order to realize our ambitions and support our operations, we are looking for an Office Manager to join our growing team in Paris.
As Office Manager, your goal is to ensure smooth daily operations across Le Wagon’s three Paris campuses by fostering an efficient, welcoming, and well-equipped environment for students, teachers, and team members.

💪 Your Mission
Campus Operations & Facilities
- Ensure the daily smooth running of our 3 Paris campuses: access, supplies, cleanliness, equipment, and comfort.
- Manage relationships with external providers (cleaning, maintenance, security, internet, printers, etc.) and building managers.
- Monitor inventories and supplies (stationery, tech gear, snacks) and handle related purchases, payments, and budget tracking with the Finance team.
- Guarantee that classrooms, common areas, and workspaces are functional, well-equipped, and a welcoming experience!
Internal Support & Cross-Team Coordination
- Be the go-to contact for all campus teams (teaching, admissions, marketing, tech, etc.) for daily operational needs.
- Prioritize, channel, and follow up on internal requests to ensure smooth collaboration and clarity.
- Identify pain points and proactively suggest improvements or automation for internal logistics.
- Keep all local documentation (Notion, Drive, etc.) clear, updated, and accessible.
Team Experience & Workplace Culture
- Support the day-to-day needs of onsite staff: workspace requests, IT and tech equipment, deliveries.
- Help onboard new employees and freelancers (badges, welcome kits, desk setup).
- Foster a vibrant office culture by organizing small internal events, team lunches, and celebrations.
- Collaborate with HR & Ops to maintain an engaging and inclusive work environment.
- May supervise interns or freelancers helping with daily logistics.
Learning Experience Support
- Assist teachers with classroom logistics (setup, signage, adapters, etc.).
- Ensure key student events (kick-off, demo day, graduation) run smoothly from an operational standpoint.
- Welcome students and guest speakers, helping them navigate the campus with ease.
Health & Safety
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and emergency protocols across all campuses.
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to maintain a safe, secure, and compliant environment.

- Campus functionality score – based on regular checks or internal audits.
- Internal satisfaction with campus experience – collected through periodic team surveys.
- Average incident resolution time – time to resolve day-to-day operational issues.
- Onboarding satisfaction (logistics & equipment) – feedback from new hires.
- % of payments processed on time and without error – tracking accuracy and timeliness.
- Budget variance – comparison of actual vs. forecasted operational costs.
🙌 This is the role for you if :
- You have significant experience (4+ years ideally) in office or facility management, preferably in a multi-site or fast-paced environment
- You have strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- You are an excellent communication skills in both French and English
- You are proactive, detail-oriented, and focused on creating a smooth and welcoming daily experience for others
- You have experience or strong interest in tech and education environments
- You are comfortable using collaborative tools like Notion, Google Workspace, Slack, and Drive
- You are adaptable and diplomatic when working with multiple teams and handling concurrent requests
