Our team is currently seeking an enthusiastic and supportive Talent & Partnerships Officer to join our vibrant team in Buenos Aires, Argentina. In this role, you will provide pivotal support to our City/Ops Manager, assisting in the operational preparation and guidance of our newly graduated students as they embark on their professional journey.
Role responsibilities
👩🎓Help to prepare our newly graduated students for their new career path :
Support in planning, organization, and delivery of Career Support, namely by:
- Sourcing, organizing, and following up with speakers and workshop facilitators. e.g. recruiters, partners.
- Preparing and presenting the Career Support workshops.
- Leading communication during the week and collecting feedback after its conclusion;
- Following up with alumni and companies to speed up the recruitment processes.
- Following up with alumni once bootcamps end: 75% of completion for the outcome form & follow up on them once completed
- Keep up to date on the “First Job Placement” for alumni
- Prepare 1:1 career coaching sessions with the alumni from the region;
- Assist in events such as job fairs, get me hiring events, and lunch and learns to bring closer partners and students.
- Support Admissions process for B2G performing selection interviews and some operational-related tasks
- Support Admissions process for ISA candidates performing selection interviews and some operational-related tasks
- Prospect, source, and strength of the relationship with Hiring Companies and Career Providers

- You are organized, rigorous, and reliable and have a real attention to detail.
- You have an interest in technology, and startups (specifically Edtech).
- You are a team player, cooperative, and enjoy helping people achieve their goals.
Ideally, your experience showcases : ✅
- You worked for 1+ years in an operational role (recruitment, sales, HR, or any other), ideally in the tech industry.
- You are fluent in English language (B2-C1) and have strong written & verbal communication skills.
- Time flexibility for LATAM coverage and events across various time zones.
- You are a customer-oriented person, capable of influencing and engaging stakeholders.
