We are seeking a General Manager to lead the Le Wagon for Business team. The role's mission :

• To develop the strategy and implement the resources needed to achieve the growth objectives of the Wagon's B2B and B2G (government) business.
• You will be responsible for a team of around 20 people, with a management team already in place, which you will be able to call on to help you achieve the growth targets you have set.

Main responsibilities

🚀 Devising strategy and building short/medium/long-term budgets in a spirit of healthy business growth.

As a member of the Le Wagon Group Management Committee, you will represent the activities linked to the development of the B2B sector and, in this capacity, contribute to defining the Group's overall development objectives.

Continue and accelerate the development of Le Wagon for Business activities, with a particular focus on international development (sales, operations) and deployment in new customer segments. This will involve both direct action and working with local Le Wagon teams.

Recruiting, structuring and inspiring the Wagon for Business teams in order to ensure that the objectives set out in the development strategy are achieved on schedule Instil a team dynamic to engage employees (rituals) based on trust, sharing, empowerment, and attention to results achieved.

🏬 Driving forward the business development strategy, with input from the Head of Sales:

• Definition and development strategy for strategic partnerships, for which the GM will be one of the key points of contact.

• Definition of the go-to-market strategy: mapping of target companies, definition of personas, construction of associated pitches.

• Monitoring the performance of actions initiated by Sales, and supporting the Head of Sales in the development of the members of his team.

• Defining the main lines of development and adaptation of the offering (new educational content blocks, technical platforms), in conjunction with the content, engineering and solution engineering teams.

• Initiating promotional activities for the Wagon for Business, in partnership with marketing: Building the campaign calendar, validating the actions to be taken on the various channels, monitoring performance

• Working with the Head of Customer Success and Operations, overseeing the implementation of the training courses sold, ensuring a virtuous circle of continuous improvement through feedback from participants.

• Ensure a better understanding of customer issues and develop the best responses to these issues, in support of the sales teams, in order to continue to build the uniqueness of the Le Wagon for Business approach.

This job is for you if :

• You are Based in Paris and are open to being on-site

• You speak and write French & English fluently as our teams are international

• You have knowledge of B2B / B2G customers, particularly in France

• You have entrepreneur experience, which is a big plus

• You have previous experience managing multi-disciplinary teams & P&L

• You are data driven with good interpersonal skills / written and oral communication skills

• You have the ability to evolve in a fast-moving/changing environment, to absorb changes in direction and redirect initiatives while recreating a long-term sense of purpose for teams
