Your Mission:
- Lead the transition from the current global content manager to a senior-level content expert focused on high-impact content strategies.
- Drive the content creation for two distinct target streams:
- Executive, thought leadership: Articles, whitepapers, and C-suite interviews addressing strategic challenges and emerging trends for senior leaders.
- Business operational: Develop hands-on, actionable resources such as guides, toolkits, and case studies tailored to operational roles.
- Create and manage content for the teacher ambassador program to re-engage teachers, enhance awareness, and generate leads at no cost.
Scope and responsibilities:

Monthly newsletters
- Coordinate and produce monthly newsletters, integrating high-value content that resonates with both strategic and operational audiences.

Website hub content
- Develop and curate a robust content hub on the website that serves as a central resource for both thought leadership and practical business content.
- Ensure the hub features compelling, gated content assets targeting HR, L&D, CTO, and data executives, driving engagement and lead generation.

Executive-focused materials
- Coordinate and deliver strategic content such as executive summaries, leadership interviews, industry insights, white papers,… tailored to senior decision-makers.
- Produce gated content pieces annually, with a focus on addressing pain points and opportunities for HR, L&D, and Tech leaders.
- Collaborate closely with the brand, growth, social media stakeholders in the team to craft compelling assets and copies.

Content for specific applications
- Collaborate closely with the sales team, including industry managers and account executives, to craft content that address client challenges effectively.
- Align ABM campaigns with high-value content, enabling sales teams to engage prospects with tailored, impactful resources.
- Collaborate with the CSM team and teachers to create dedicated materials that resonate with their audience, offering insights and value at no cost while generating leads.

Content performance and optimization
- Leverage analytics to track content performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Continuously iterate on content formats and strategies to maximize engagement across all platforms.
This role is for you if:
- You live in Paris and want to collaborate with your team on-site
- You have a proven experience in copywriting creating diverse B2B content, from strategic thought leadership to practical, hands-on resources.
- You have very strong and demonstrated project management skills to coordinate multiple content streams and stakeholders effectively.
- You are proficiency in storytelling and building content hubs and driving engagement through gated assets.
- You have a collaborative mindset to work seamlessly with sales teams, teachers, and other stakeholders.
- You have a balance of creativity and analytical thinking to produce compelling, data-driven content.
