Potential Areas of Contribution:
Client & Account Management – Building and nurturing strong client relationships, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions.
Business Development & Strategy – Identifying market opportunities, supporting growth initiatives, and executing strategic plans to expand business reach.
Operational Excellence – Optimizing internal processes to ensure seamless service delivery and enhance client satisfaction.
Cross-Functional Collaboration – Working closely with teams in sales, marketing, and operations to ensure alignment and smooth execution of business objectives.
Performance Metrics & Reporting – Analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) and providing insights to drive business decisions and improve client outcomes.
What We Look For:
✅ Proven track record in account management or industry-specific sales.
✅ Strong business acumen with an ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities.
✅ Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
✅ Comfortable in French & English with experience in managing complex sale cycles and building partnerships with clients in Paris.
✅ Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ever-evolving environments.
✅ Prior experience in the ed- tech industry or data related sectors is a plus!
