Le Wagon is looking for a dynamic and strategic City Manager Assistant to be the right hand of the Campus Director in leading the growth and operations of our Paris campus. This role is central to our local development and community presence, with a strong emphasis on culture building. As Campus Assistant, you’ll be in charge of creating an inspiring campus culture.
💼 Your Mission:
🚀 Campus Promotion
Spread the word about Le Wagon Paris. Showcase training courses, student successes, and campus life to attract new learners and expand our reach.
🎓 Student Experience & Wellbeing
Ensure an exceptional and inspiring learning experience, from onboarding to graduation. Create a warm, welcoming atmosphere every day, and keep the energy high with music, morning rituals, and friendly vibes. Be attentive to student motivation and act quickly when someone needs a boost.
💼 Local Partnerships & Development
Assist in signing and activating new partnerships. Support the development of collaborations and help implement acquisition strategies alongside the Campus Director.
🏢 Campus & Happiness Management
Own the logistics and mood of our 3 campuses in Paris. Manage the space with care, organize meaningful moments (birthdays, milestones, afterworks), and ensure guests, speakers, and hiring partners enjoy the atmosphere.
🤝 Cross-Team Collaboration
Work closely with our Sales, Admissions, Marketing and Finance teams to align efforts, improve processes, and help answer public tenders.
🗓️ Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Greet and support students daily, helping to create a positive and inclusive campus culture
- Organize student activities: Monday coffee, Friday feedback, Demo Day moments, and spontaneous celebrations
- Set the tone of the campus atmosphere: playlist, space setup, snacks, and occasional surprises
- Assist in partnership agreements and keep communication clear and well organised
- Help analyze local opportunities and evaluate success indicators such as eNPS
- Support administrative and financial tasks (budget tracking, reporting)
- Animate the campus community through social media and events
- Document activities on Notion and support in meetings
- Proactively suggest ways to improve both operations and the student journey
- Make everyone feel like they belong as a Le Wagoner; from students and alumni to guest speakers and team members in Paris
🙋 Your Profile:
📚 4th or 5th year of study, or prior internship experience (6+ months)
🇬🇧 Bilingual French & English speaker as our teams are international
🌱 Eager to contribute to an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment
💬 Warm communicator who loves connecting with people
🎯 Organized, proactive, and capable of juggling multiple missions
🧠 Curious and business oriented in marketing, admin, ops, community: you enjoy it all
🛠️ Comfortable learning new tools (Slack, Notion, Airtable, etc.)
